About us we are a leading provider of spare parts for trucks and trailers. We require an experienced Parts Interpreter to work with our customers to sell truck parts via the front counter, in person or over the phone. This role is an integral part of our focused team and requires excellent communication skills as well as a strong customer service ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all parts sales and enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Process orders promptly and provide detailed quotations for parts supply
  • Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in spare parts interpreting within the transport industry
  • Familiarity with parts inventory systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
