Job Title: Spares Coordination Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spares Coordination Specialist to service our high-volume Workshop and Parts Operations. As a key member of the team, you will work towards achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock levels and ordering processes to ensure efficient inventory control
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end ordering and receiving of parts
  • Provide expert spare parts support to customers via phone and in-person interactions
  • Analyze data to generate relevant reports and insights to inform business decisions
  • Utilize computer programs and parts catalogues to optimize operations and improve productivity
Requirements:
  • Must have prior experience as a Spares Coordination Specialist or equivalent role
  • Proficiency in DMS and parts catalogue systems
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to negotiate effectively
  • High levels of self-motivation, drive, and resilience
