Job Opportunity for Spare Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spare Parts Specialist to join our team in Truganina, Melbourne. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external customer enquiries and orders effectively.
  • Interpret spare parts according to product specifications of ordered materials.
  • Enter sales orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy of account numbers, part numbers, quantity, and delivery addresses.
  • Prepare documentation required by the Warehouse to pick, pack, and deliver orders.
  • Provide sales counter service for direct sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Exposure to SAP is highly desirable.
