Job Overview

The Global Trade Support Analyst will provide critical support to the Financial Controls team in London, working closely with the Emerging Markets trading desk.

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to transition to the buy-side or those already in a similar role to further develop their skills and expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Trade Input and Confirmation
    • Input trades into the portfolio management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
      • Confirm trades and allocations with counterparties, managing settlement exceptions with custodians/prime brokers.
        • Complete daily cash/position reconciliations with fund administrators, maintaining financial integrity.
          • Assist with regulatory reporting requirements focusing on MIFID2 trade and transaction reporting, providing timely and accurate data.
            • Provide ad hoc reporting and reconciliations as needed, supporting the Trade Support team in London and New York.
      Required Skills and Qualifications
      • 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of Fixed Income products (corporate bonds and government bonds).
      • Strong quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Motivated and disciplined individual with attention to detail and strong work ethic, possessing excellent communication skills.
