Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in visual merchandising within retail, with design or related tertiary qualifications preferred. They will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, and Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute visual merchandising plans that drive sales and improve store aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize promotional impact and create visually appealing window displays.
  • Design and oversee promotional print materials, ensuring they align with brand direction and seasonal products.
  • Lead visual merchandising execution for new store openings and train retail teams to maintain high visual standards.
  • Support and mentor team members to achieve visual excellence.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Maintain effective communication with teams to ensure seamless execution.
Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience as a leader in visual merchandising within retail.
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with good time management.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments.
