About Senior Associate Role

Senior Associate is a highly sought-after position in commercial litigation, requiring a strong client service focus and commitment to high standards. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of matters, with a strong ability to develop relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships.

We are looking for a talented individual who can work well in a team environment, including across Australian offices and internationally. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, with a willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences.

Job Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of matters in commercial litigation (restructuring & insolvency experience valued but not a pre-requisite).
  • Relevant experience in a top-tier or leading international law firm (preferred).
  • A strong client service focus.
  • A commitment to high standards including strong drafting and commercial skills.
  • Business development aptitude, interest, and experience.
  • Excellent analytical, written and oral communication.
  • An ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships.
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
  • An ability to work well in a team environment (including across Australian offices and internationally).
  • A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences.
