Seeking an ambitious individual to oversee the SEQ construction division and drive its growth as a Senior Landscape Construction Director.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of senior management experience in the landscape construction industry, with a Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture and relevant tertiary qualifications in construction/engineering (bonus). Experience in the QLD market is required.
This is a rare autonomous opportunity to deliver landmark, award-winning projects and grow a team of professionals. You will be responsible for overseeing bid and tender processes, driving all construction projects, implementing safety and quality compliance processes, and setting budgets and forecasts.
A key requirement for this role is your ability to build relationships with clients, represent the brand, and work in coalition with Project Managers. If you are motivated by a fast-paced environment, looking for a new challenge, and passionate about delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 + Super + Vehicle. Our company culture values innovation, teamwork, and collaboration. We take on projects up to $10 million, including sports facilities, universities, multi-residential apartments, shopping centers, hospitals, subdivisions, park and playgrounds etc.
