Are you an experienced landscaper looking to take on a new challenge in the vibrant city of Brisbane? Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Landscaper to join their growing team, specializing in all aspects of landscape construction.

Role Description

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to utilize your qualifications and expertise to deliver high-quality results. Your duties will include:

  • BUILDING RETAINING WALLS: Create visually appealing structures that enhance outdoor spaces.
  • GARDEN EDGING: Install precise edges that define and shape gardens.
  • INSTALLING FENCES: Construct durable and aesthetically pleasing fencing solutions.
  • BRICK AND BLOCK STRUCTURES: Design and build functional and attractive brick and block structures.
  • DECKS: Craft inviting outdoor living areas with custom decks.
  • PLANTING AND MULCHING: Transform landscapes with lush plantings and expert mulching techniques.

You will lead a team of labourers and landscapers, requiring excellent leadership skills to ensure scheduled work is on track. As a key member of the team, you will also be responsible for client liaison, equipment management, compliance, quality assurance, and maintaining a well-organized work environment.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION.
  • A WHITE CARD.
  • PROFICIENCY IN LASER LAYOUT, HAND AND POWER TOOLS.
  • STONE FINISHES ARE A PLUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
  • EXPERIENCE WITH BRICK AND BLOCK STRUCTURES IS ESSENTIAL.
  • A COMPLETED CERTIFICATE III IN LANDSCAPING.
  • A DRIVER'S LICENCE (MINIMUM C CLASS).
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
