">Responsibilities:">

  • Collaborate on complex technical problems from discovery through implementation, delivering high-quality solutions.">
  • Break down requirements into actionable engineering tasks; create clarity for delivery squads and stakeholders.">
  • Run hands-on experiments with emerging AI/ML tooling; design evaluation frameworks, measure outcomes, and provide recommendations.">
  • Build resilient components, SDKs, and service integrations that slot into pipelines, IDEs, and developer platforms.">
  • Contribute to architectural discussions; propose improvements and role-model engineering standards and best practices.">
  • Maintain codebases via active code reviews, robust testing, and clear documentation for knowledge sharing.">
  • Work cross-functionally to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and land changes with minimal disruption.">
  • Mentor junior engineers and uplift AI literacy across squads; contribute to communities of practice.">

  • Extensive experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.">
  • Practical knowledge of AI applied to software engineering workflows (e.g., code assist, test generation, knowledge retrieval), with an understanding of limitations and risks.">
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python or C#, and experience building microservices on AWS and/or Azure.">
  • Architectures: Microservices, event-driven patterns, REST/gRPC.">
  • Cloud: AWS and Azure (e.g., Lambda/Functions, Containers/ECS/AKS).">
  • Data: SQL, data pipelines, observability/telemetry.">
  • DevSecOps: GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, Actions/Pipelines, Terraform (IaC), SAST/DAST/SCA.">
  • Strong influence: ability to review designs and code, set quality bars, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems.">
  • A growth mindset and bias toward iterative experimentation—from idea to prototype to product—with clear metrics.">
  • Proficiency in agile delivery and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.">
