Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Expert. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tend to guests and exceed their expectations during the service period.
  • Handle general enquiries and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Support the team in general operational tasks.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
  • Have relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
  • Be enthusiastic about advancing your career.
  • Be self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be equipped with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
