Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the club shift and overseeing general operational tasks
  • Serving as an expert on the luxury hotel and surrounding area to provide personalized guest experiences
  • Assisting guests with check-in and departure processes, as well as offering a dedicated club concierge service
  • Providing food and beverage service throughout the club lounge's daily meal periods
  • Handling general inquiries and going above and beyond to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Building relationships with existing and new guests by exemplifying legendary service and promoting repeat business
  • Taking reservations, handling cash transactions, and performing credit card responsibilities
  • Overseeing service standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Empowering team members through motivation and support to drive success
  • Planning and executing team-building activities to foster a positive work environment

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience working with property management systems or similar software
  • Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures
  • An approved Responsible Serving of Alcohol certification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
