About This Role

We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care to our clients in a home setting.

  • Domestic care, transportation to shopping and medical appointments will be provided by the successful candidate.
  • Care for people with passion and dedication to respectfully empowering and caring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a high level of time management and organisational ability.
  • Will to participate in further education opportunities and continuous professional development.
  • Experience in caring for elderly people is highly valued.

Requirements:

  • A satisfactory Australian National Police check (less than 6 months old) is required.
  • A valid Working With Children Check is mandatory.
  • A current first aid and CPR certificate is essential.
  • A smartphone is necessary for communication and record-keeping.
  • A driver's licence and own car with comprehensive insurance are also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in aged, disability or homecare is highly desirable.
