We're a dynamic team at the forefront of building something global, making equity simple, human and powerful for businesses worldwide.

The CMO wants someone in the room who can get their hands dirty across all channels, test ideas constantly, and start building a growth engine that sticks. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate closely with the CMO, test, refine and scale campaigns that fuel global growth.

You'll be working side by side with the CMO to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive results. Ninety percent of our market sits in the US, ten percent here in Australia, so you'll be thinking globally while still rooted in the Gold Coast lifestyle.

The team values detail, accountability, and trust. They'll give you scope and trust to run campaigns, share insights, and allow you the chance to think like a mini founder.

Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Running and refining campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Reddit
  • Finding opportunities to bring cost per acquisition (CPA) down and return on investment (ROI) up
  • Blending acquisition strategies with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to improve conversion
  • Keeping budgets tight and reports clear
  • Using AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency
  • Collaborating with brand, product, and customer success teams to ensure campaigns hit the mark

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scaling campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • B2B growth experience in tech or software as a service (SaaS)
  • Conversion optimisation skills with landing pages and funnels
  • Data-driven decision making and using insights to drive action
  • Proactive, accountable and confident working with autonomy
