Contract Manager
About the Role:This position involves overseeing and administering contracts for large-scale residential projects in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and finance software, as well as experience working on high-end multi-residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiating and finalizing sub-contracts through to final account settlements
- Coordinating procurement and tender processes across various stakeholders
- Managing contract variations, progress claims, and budgeting forecasting
- Fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders, while monitoring performance and providing regular reporting
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Proven track record of working on high-end multi-residential projects in Melbourne
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in a range of construction and finance software applications
- Professional presentation, motivated, and driven by a strong work ethic
