Key Performance Analyst

We seek a skilled Key Performance Analyst to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability. As a critical member of our commercial function, your primary objective will be to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and shape pricing strategies.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support pricing, bidding, and business case development.
  • Provide detailed reporting on revenue, margin, volume, and cost-to-serve performance.
  • Conduct customer and segment profitability analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Perform root cause and variance analysis to uncover commercial risks and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze commission outcomes and pipeline trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate on commercial projects and contribute to internal process enhancements.
  • Participate in client presentations to communicate pricing or commercial rationale effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in commercial analysis, pricing, or financial modeling.
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong business partnering abilities.
  • Understanding of key drivers, margin levers, and commercial risk factors.
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to improving processes and tools.
  • Background in logistics, FMCG, consulting, or similar sectors (advantageous).
