Data Drives Success
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for gathering and synthesizing data from multiple sources to support strategic goals and day-to-day operations.

 

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the ability to connect the dots between business needs and data insights. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, define success metrics, and co-create dashboards and reports.

  • Tell the Story: Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inspire informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across the organization to understand their needs and co-create solutions.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Identify trends, reduce inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to simplify and visualize complex data for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable and resilient – able to navigate change and prioritize in fast-moving environments.
