The role of a People Data Analyst involves leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making within an organization. This includes developing advanced modeling techniques, acting as an AI champion, performing change analysis, and enhancing the delivery of Performance & Reward systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing predictive models to identify trends and opportunities
  • Leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance HR processes
  • Supporting organizational change initiatives through data-driven insights
  • Enhancing the delivery of Performance & Reward systems

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and develop actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, and be able to communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics or statistics
  • Proven experience working with data analysis software, such as Excel and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
