As a Clinical Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of educational in-services and provision of clinical support to nursing staff, students, and other team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality educational in-services to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Provide expert clinical support to nursing staff, students, and other team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Support staff development by providing guidance on administering anti-cancer drugs.
- Monitor clinical incidents, implement action plans, and ensure portfolio development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.
- Tuberculosis screening.
- Declaration of serious discipline history.
