About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse (Casual). The successful candidate will work in partnership with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care is delivered.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to provide person-centred care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs. This includes maintaining accurate records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and adhering to established policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:
  • Nursing Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2 years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records using AutumnCare software
  • Understanding of aged care principles, resident rights, and responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong critical thinking skills, empathy, and a patient-focused approach. You will also require effective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities to meet the demands of this position.
