About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead high-impact projects that enhance operational efficiency and strategic alignment. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering successful outcomes that meet business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring outcomes meet organizational standards and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders to align on project goals, manage expectations, and deliver results.
  • Team Coordination: Lead small project teams, coordinating with consultants and vendors.
  • Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and oversee contracts or project agreements.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage project risks and apply relevant project management methodologies for structured project execution.
  • Change Management: Implement change management strategies to meet evolving project needs.
  • Progress Updates: Provide regular updates on project progress, including metrics on schedule, cost, and risk.

Requirements

  • Experience: Relevant project management certifications and experience in complex environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading small project teams.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Reporting: Ability to prepare detailed reports on project progress.
