Exciting Pricing Professional Opportunity

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented pricing professional to challenge themselves within a leading retail organization. Reporting directly into the head of pricing, this role will contribute towards the overall commercial strategy of the organization by developing and implementing pricing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business with pricing analysis and decision support to identify growth opportunities
  • Track price change impacts and understand customer and competitor behavior in response to pricing actions
  • Utilize market pricing intel and customer insights to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for price changes
  • Integrate pricing plans into the category management framework and process including robust risk analysis
  • Partner with strategy, operations and IT to identify opportunities to further enhance the pricing framework
  • Undertake ad-hoc project work as required

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a people person who can operate effectively in a complex and growing environment. Advanced data, Excel and modelling skills, as well as experience in pricing and revenue management, are highly advantageous. A degree qualification in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics would also be beneficial.
