Legal Compliance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert advice on consumer law, marketing regulations, and commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on consumer protection laws, advertising standards, and commercial legal issues.
  • Draft and review contracts with retailers, suppliers, and service providers.
  • E nsure adherence to consumer protection laws and marketing regulations, including digital and social media.
  • Assist in designing and implementing robust legal compliance systems.
  • Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Identify legal risks and inform stakeholders with timely updates.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8+ years PQE in private practice or in-house roles, ideally with FMCG sector experience.
  • Previous experience in contract law, consumer law, and advertising regulation.
  • A strategic thinker who balances legal risk with commercial outcomes.
