Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing systems, gathering data, and developing business requirements that drive growth and success.

You will act as a liaison between business users, software developers, and project stakeholders to gather information, create documentation, and build requirements.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business users to understand and document business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Defining, developing, and implementing solutions to existing business problems
  • Developing and maintaining clear and efficient sets of business rules
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Performing requirements analysis and ensuring solutions meet business needs
  • Documenting and communicating business requirements to project teams and senior management
  • Working with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for new projects
  • Managing multiple projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Performing user acceptance testing

Our ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in analysis or process improvement. You will also demonstrate exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
