About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to drive growth and enhance user experiences through strategic initiatives. This role involves consulting with management on long-term project goals, leveraging critical thinking, communication, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate efforts of business analysts and facilitate discussions with various stakeholders.
  • Gather, document, configure, test, and conduct training on solutions related to complex software products/projects.
  • Become a product subject matter expert to understand and align client goals with project initiatives.
  • Handle project planning, status reports, time tracking, financial management, and training materials.
  • Support customers with report creation, maintenance, and custom data requests for enterprise platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A college degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8 years of experience in business analysis or information technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage tasks without direct supervision.
  • Self-motivated and able to keep abreast of technology and healthcare trends.
