QRO's workforce of around 700 people work collaboratively to administer a revenue base of approximately $16 billion and grant schemes of approximately $100 million per annum by delivering simple, efficient and equitable revenue management services. QRO takes a client centric approach to help our clients meet their obligations and receive their correct entitlements.

**Role Details**:
As part of the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), the Project Scheduler will:

- Facilitate planning workshops in support of schedule creation with Project Managers and key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain individual program and project schedules including the key milestones, work breakdown summary of activities and critical path.
- Develop a portfolio schedule, including critical portfolio milestones and interdependencies, to support strategic decision-making.
- Support prioritisation and implementation decisions through the highlighting of portfolio demand capacity constraints.
- Evaluate schedule progress and performance, and report to the EPMO any deviations from the baseline.
- Develop and implement an appropriate scheduling framework, supported by processes and standards to ensure management, consistent and project planning monitoring and reporting occurs across the project portfolio.
- Support the upskilling of QRO Public Servant Project Managers in best practice schedule management and the use of scheduling software.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- 3+ years' experience in schedule management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have extensive experience in using Microsoft Project.
