Early Childhood Career Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the development of young children in a supportive and stimulating environment.

A well-established early childhood provider is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead their program and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and be able to design and implement engaging play-based programs that cater to diverse learning needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing curriculum plans that meet the needs of children aged 3-5 years
  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Monitoring and assessing children's progress and reporting to parents
  • Contributing to the professional development of colleagues and staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • ACCEQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
