Early Childhood Education Role

We offer high-quality early childhood education for children aged 3-5. Our play-based program is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and enriched with cultural connections, environmental sustainability, and creative arts.

Children engage in a wide variety of activities including gardening, music and movement, block building, sand and water play, science experiments, and early literacy and numeracy experiences. These opportunities foster curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

  • Please note: This position requires a permanent contract, working 4 hours on a Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing educational programs for children aged 3-5
  • Maintaining relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
  • A recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • A sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
