Cloud Solution Architect

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) Modern Work (MW) Customer Success Unit (CSU). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Microsoft applications, with a focus on problem-solving to overcome technical barriers and drive customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers/partners at all opportunities and share customer success stories with the internal team.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and expand relationships with customer and partner architects and technical specialists, technical decision makers (TDMs), and business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Assess and transfer knowledge to close customer skill gaps, and guide other team members to focus on customer/partner experience.
  • Technical Guidance: Actively listen and respectfully challenge customers/partners when going in the wrong direction, presenting insights and alternatives, and taking action appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage standard tools to ensure accurate opportunity and milestone execution and pipeline hygiene.
  • Customer Focus: Drive customer/partner relationships to anticipate, identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate consumption and solution implementations.
  • Business Acumen: Routinely use knowledge of the products, services, and value propositions of Microsoft and its competitors in customer/partner conversations to identify growth opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • MECM/Intune SME: Provide support and end-to-end guidance and troubleshooting of MECM/Intune, including Windows10/11 imaging, Windows updates for business, CO-Management, Desired Configuration Management, Reporting, Autopilot, Compliance/Configuration Policies application creation via MECM/Intune, and best practice around both MECM/Intune.
