The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Simulator Technician Team Lead who will ensure the seamless execution of maintenance activities across a wide variety of training devices in support of Pilot, Loadmaster and Maintenance Instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the local C-17 Simulator Technician Team including contract execution, performance, safety and quality.
  • Demonstrate sound communication and analytical skills with the ability to leverage stakeholder relationships and resources to ensure timely management of C-17 training system requirements.
  • Manage information security requirements for C-17 training systems.
  • Work and contribute to our Environment, Health & Safety Management System.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of maintenance activities across a wide variety of systems.
  • Knowledge of aircraft flight and mission systems.
  • A minimum NV1 Security Clearance.
