About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our new Asset Management and Maintenance Services team in NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of maintenance services, cultivating strong client relationships, and building a high-performing team of electricians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
  • Ensure top-tier service delivery for our key clients
  • Build and scale a team from the ground up
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in the service and maintenance industry, ideally within a high-voltage, electrical, or power setting
  • A highly motivated and proactive approach to leadership and operations
  • In-depth knowledge of high-voltage maintenance and testing practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A trade background, particularly in electrical, would be highly advantageous
