Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven customer experience professional to join our team in Sydney. As a Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the entire post-sale and post-delivery experience, acting as the single point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews, working closely with key stakeholders to continuously enhance our service.
  • Lead a small, dynamic team of customer-focused professionals, ensuring a seamless experience for every customer.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer operations team to ensure every car is perfectly prepared for delivery and that all necessary paperwork is completed seamlessly.
  • Build strong trust with customers by being responsive, reliable, and proactive in resolving issues on the spot.
  • Gain expertise in explaining car features to customers, with training provided by our team.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • 3-4 years of customer service experience in a retail environment, where you consistently engaged with customers.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
  • A collaborative team player, eager to break new ground and be part of a team that's transforming the way cars are bought and sold in Australia.
  • A self-starter who thrives in autonomy, with the tenacity to help take us from start-up to scale-up.
