About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Canva's Closed Loop Group as a User Experience Strategist. The team is responsible for amplifying user voices throughout the organization and working with other teams to ensure users have an issue-free experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative user feedback data, including support tickets, in-product surveys, and other channels
  • Distilling insights into actionable recommendations for product teams
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and prioritize user needs

What You'll Need

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Voice of the Customer, Customer Experience, or Customer Insights
  • A proven track record of turning user insights into actionable outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
