We have an exciting opportunity for a Development Associate Manager to join our Investment & Development team based in Melbourne.

About the Opportunity

As a Development Associate Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Development teams with operational tasks, contributing to the successful execution of development projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough project preparation, research, and planning activities.
  • Tracking project outcomes.
  • Assisting in strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Preparing development feasibilities and necessary documentation.
  • Creating formal correspondence and presentations.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Supporting and adhering to strategies and targets as communicated by Development Managers.

About You

To be successful in this position, you should possess a tertiary qualification in development, property, real estate, finance, or a related field, ideally with proven experience in design management, construction, property development, or a similar role, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of the development industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management skills.
  • Excellent decision-making, influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
