Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in a large, well-respected health organisation.

The Role
  • Undertake debt collection functions relating to patient accounts, prioritising and managing debtor follow up for unpaid accounts as required.
  • Contribute to the achievement of individual and team targets as set out by management, driving efficiency and productivity in a high-volume environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in relation to all aspects of the accounts department.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in receivables or debt recovery within a high-volume environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively with patients, internal team members and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and complex systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
