Car Rental Operations Manager

Take charge of daily operations at our rental location in Melbourne, leading a team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Job Description:

This leadership role involves guiding a team and ensuring the efficient operation of our car rental business. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff and managing multiple tasks.

  • Supervise staff across various functions, including front counter, vehicle preparation, and fleet movement.
  • Manage and maintain vehicles to ensure they are clean, presented well, and roadworthy.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, including staffing, rostering, and workflow management.
Key Requirements:
  • Current driver's license.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
