Finance Manager Position at Aurex Group

We are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join our senior management team at Aurex Group, a leading national soft services company. With a diverse portfolio and a reputation for innovative solutions, we offer a unique opportunity for financial professionals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insightful recommendations to senior management.
  • Leadership in the preparation of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and other key financial reports.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Management of relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and prevent financial fraud.
  • Monitoring of key financial metrics and KPIs, and communication of performance updates to the leadership team.
  • Leadership, mentorship, and development of a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience (circa 5-7 years) in financial management, preferably in a large and complex organization. Experience in the Facilities Services industry is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in the services industry is advantageous.

Estimated Salary:$100,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations.
