Senior Risk Communications Specialist

The role involves developing and implementing a global communications strategy to drive risk excellence. This position plays a crucial part in the Leadership Communications & Colleague Connection and Organisational Resilience Teams.
This will entail working closely with Risk and Colleague & Culture teams to ensure internal communications align with our target risk culture and support the Fund's 2035 Strategy.
- Develop a Dynamic Global Communications Strategy
- Contribute to Building a Global Risk Performance Culture
- Provide Guidance on Risk Management Culture Promotion
- Partner with Stakeholders for Continuous Improvement
- Support Program Implementation Integration
- Guide Senior Leaders on Impactful Communication
- Lead Playbook Development and Implementation
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and experience in risk management or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's degree preferred. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
