About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Governance Specialist to join our Global Information Security team at Iress. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensuring the organization's compliance with ISO 27001 certification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support global information security governance, risk, and compliance processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team and the Global Information Security Team to support the operation of the Iress ISMS.
  • Assist in maintaining the organization's ISMS artefact library and supporting the preparation of information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Participate in and assist with the maintenance of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications.
  • Support the development of Client Information Packs and participate in information security responses to Client RFPs/Bids & DDQs.
  • Assist in the running of Information Security Management Forums (ISMF) meetings.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to express ideas confidently and clearly, building positive and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating client-facing collateral and maintaining it to remain relevant for changes in technology and procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to facilitate client-facing meetings.
  • Strong understanding of current trends and developments in information security.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
