**Job Summary**


Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Information Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Protective Data Security Plan (PDSP) and monitor its progress.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27005 and VPDSS standards through regular risk assessments and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain a Security Risk Profile Assessment (SRPA) framework.
  • Participate in risk review meetings and maintain the Information Security Risk Register.
  • Implement and maintain an Information Asset Register and an Information Security Risk Management Framework.
  • Develop and implement Third-Party Risk Assessment processes.
  • Provide security risk assessments for architecture meetings and forums.
  • Engage independent security auditors and testers as required.
  • Establish and maintain exemption processes.

**Requirements**



  • 5-10 years' experience in Information Security Management and auditing.
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and enforce information security governance frameworks.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing information security frameworks.
  • Sound understanding of information security and its relationship to organisational risk and enterprise architecture.
  • Sound knowledge of measures to secure networks, data centres, and applications.
  • Knowledge of relevant security frameworks, standards, and policies.
  • Understanding of various Risk Management frameworks.
  • Proven experience in participating in consultative mechanisms.
