Senior Quality Assurance Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead the transformation of our QA department.
About the Role:- Lead and manage established ISO9001 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS in alignment with the strategic direction of the business.
- Contribute to the development of new QMS and/or EMS systems and/or integrations to existing systems and to attain relevant certifications.
- Promote and enforce accountability across the organisation for quality control program requirements, including QMS, EMS and WHS.
- Lead and manage the QMS and EMS audit schedules and the Quality Incident Report systems.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and management.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of ISO9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
