Senior Financial Analyst Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
- Monitor financial performance against targets, analyzing variances and identifying key drivers.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and analyses to senior management.
- Oversee and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Partner with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process by reviewing and validating budget assumptions.
- Maintain accurate monthly accounts for overhead departments.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance analyst role.
- Advanced excel, reporting, and analysis skills essential.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and business partnering skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
