About the Role
As the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial and commercial strategies to support its continued expansion. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for optimising financial systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. You will also lead strategic projects that contribute to the business's growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Business Planning/Budgeting
  • Managing financial systems to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Providing financial support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
  • Leading business improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency
  • Managing key stakeholder relationships, including auditors and external finance teams

About You
You are an experienced finance leader with a passion for driving operational excellence. You bring a strategic mindset and have a proven track record of managing complex financial operations in dynamic environments. Your collaborative leadership style enables you to foster positive relationships and build high-performing teams.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in finance/commercial management
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role
  • CA/CPA qualification and a relevant degree
  • Strong experience with ERP systems selection and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic financial projects and initiatives
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on business improvement
