About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leading Hand to join our Track team in Seven Hills. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

About You

  • Proven ability to lead and direct track labourers with strong self-delivery experience.
  • Experience working with Sydney Trains is highly desirable.
  • Welding experience is a plus.
  • Strong focus on ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cert II in Rail Infrastructure is a requirement.
  • Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) and Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
  • Valid Drivers Licence Class 'C' or 'HR'.
  • Ability to pass a CAT3 medical and comprehensive functional assessment.
