About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Track Labourer Leader to join our Track team in Seven Hills. This is a great opportunity to work with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

About You

  • You will lead and direct a team of track labourers with strong self-delivery experience.
  • Experience working with Sydney Trains is highly valued.
  • We are looking for someone with welding experience.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
  • Cert II in Rail Infrastructure is a must.
  • You must hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) & Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
  • A valid Driver's Licence Class 'C' or 'HR' is required.
  • You must be able to pass a CAT3 medical and comprehensive functional and Drug & Alcohol tests.
