About the Job

You will actively manage opportunities and contracts with internal government providers in accordance with policy and procedures. This includes formation, reconciliation, renewals, and terminations. You will also undertake procurement and contract management activities in line with internal and Queensland Government policies and frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Actively manage opportunities and contracts with internal government providers, including CITEC and QSS, in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Procurement Activities: Undertake procurement and contract management activities in accordance with internal and Queensland Government policies and frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality ICT services are provided.
  • Work Practices: Develop, apply, and maintain efficient work practices to ensure relationships with ICT suppliers are monitored and reviewed on a periodic basis.
  • Vendor Services: Ensure vendor services provided meet service level agreement requirements.
  • Advice and Recommendations: Provide advice and recommendations to managers on opportunities that could leverage the buying power across the department for common services.
