About Our Floor Lead Role

The ideal candidate will be a key member of our store leadership team, responsible for driving customer engagement through personalized service and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion exceptional customer service standards and coach team members to achieve their goals.
  • Manage sales floor operations and ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Support operational workflows, including opening and closing the store and managing inventory tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Lead to maintain visual merchandising standards and improve sales environments.
Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced professional with a background in high-volume retail, possessing excellent organizational and analytical skills. Key qualities include:

  • Strong focus on customer experience, with the ability to create memorable and personalized interactions.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to think creatively and quickly in a dynamic retail setting.
  • Physical stamina, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
