About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Grade 3 Physiotherapist in the Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team at Northern Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality physiotherapy care for patients with maternity, pelvic health, and continence needs.
  • Lead and supervise a team of physiotherapists and allied health assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote interprofessional practice and evidence-based care.
  • Develop and deliver education programs for staff and students to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Significant clinical experience in maternity, pelvic health, and continence physiotherapy.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and promote evidence-based practice.
  • Experience in supervision and education of junior staff and students.
