We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Grade 3 Physiotherapist in the Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team at Northern Health.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality physiotherapy care for patients with maternity, pelvic health, and continence needs.
- Lead and supervise a team of physiotherapists and allied health assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote interprofessional practice and evidence-based care.
- Develop and deliver education programs for staff and students to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Significant clinical experience in maternity, pelvic health, and continence physiotherapy.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and promote evidence-based practice.
