Physiotherapist - Maternity, Pelvic Health and Continence Specialist

About the Role:
The Northern Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Grade 3 Physiotherapist - Maternity and Pelvic Health. This is a fixed-term full-time position until March 2025, covering maternity leave, with the possibility of part-time arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Maternity, Pelvic Health, and Continence Physiotherapy care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Lead and promote excellence in client care, quality promotion, education of staff and students, team and program development.
- Supervise junior physiotherapy staff and/or Allied Health Assistants.
- Experience in the management and education of undergraduate physiotherapy students.
Requirements:
- Significant clinical experience in Maternity, Pelvic Health, and Continence physiotherapy.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills and initiative in developing and promoting clinical care.
- Sound clinical skills based on practice wisdom.
- Ability to lead and promote evidence-based practice.
- Leadership within a multidisciplinary team and promotion of interprofessional practice.
