Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to partner with key influencers in the Builder and Developer space, creating enthusiasm for both the F&P and Haier brands, and converting that enthusiasm into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our brand, charisma, and strong presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner and influentially manage relationships and business interactions with Developers, Designers, Architects, Builders, and ABDs (Authorised Builder Distributors) in the broader Sydney metro area.
  • Deliver a seamless brand-aligned F&P experience through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify key stakeholders and tailor pitches to create new business partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, growing a respect and comradery within the builder community.
  • Manage key relationships, engage with authenticity, and drive profitable growth through a world-class end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements
  • A track record of building strong commercial relationships.
  • An ability to listen and address our customers' requirements, going the extra distance when needed.
  • Experience partnering with multi-residential developers and home builders is favourable but not essential.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with a highly commercial mindset.
  • Results-driven ability to establish new business and continue to add value with existing customers.
  • Able to identify key stakeholders and tailor pitches to create new business partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the levers that drive our customers required to deliver profitable growth and a world-class end-to-end customer experience.
