Position Overview: We are currently in search of a highly skilled, motivated, and enthusiastic Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to become a vital member of our Volkswagen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to address inquiries regarding Parts and Accessories.
- Utilize the Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to identify necessary components.
- Access the online Manufacturer's portal to locate and procure parts.
- Process customer quotes and orders through the DMS system (AutoIT).
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating individual strengths.
- Quick learner with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong reliability and integrity with a commendable attendance record.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Genuine passion for the Automotive industry.
- Experience with Volkswagen, Audi, or other European brands is highly regarded.
